We have a 1-3 Business Days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) processing Time after which shipping will take:

Once read and you have determined your order is eligible for a return please reach out via our Contact page and include your order number in the email and we will get the returns process started for you. Please advise in your request if you want to return for exchange or refund.
